Sorry folks, I just have to get this off my chest. My husband and I were told today that one of our neighbors was killed in an accident over this past weekend.
The driver of the car that hit him didn’t look before pulling out from the stop sign. This gave my neighbor no chance to avoid the accident. Please, folks, LOOK for motorcycle riders!!!!!
That’s part one of the rant. Part two is for the riders, Will You Please Wear A Helmet!!!!!!! Please folks. My neighbor, Dwayne, never wore one. Two years ago I lost my brother to an accident and he didn’t have a helmet on either. We don’t know if either of these two men would have been saved by a helmet but it has been shown that the chances of head injuries are greatly reduced by wearing a helmet.

I feel for you. I’m from a motorbike family. My sister had a bad accident, though survived. A helmet can save your head, not necessarily your neck…
