Dragon Her Home: Dragon Guard Series Book 37

Cutoff from his Clan with his Dragon unresponsive, time was up. There was only one choice – go down fighting and take as many of the bastards with him as Dragonly possible.

Waiting for the Executioner to claim his life, he stood at the ready. Refusing to waver under the weight of his chains, time stood still…

A flash of scales, burning emerald in the darkness, a memory of pain and loss…then nothing. Freed from his bonds, the cage door open, Stone found himself completely and totally alone. No captors. No Executioner. No liberator. Absolutely no one.

Who had released him? Could it honestly have been…? No, it just wasn’t possible. The dead don’t come back just to unlock the door…do they?

Then who? And where had he or she gone? As a matter of fact, where were the Overlords? Where was the other Dragon he knew was being tortured? What the hell was going on?

The hunt is on. There’s no time to waste. Stone will move Heaven and Earth and more than a ton of snow to find the answers and save the only person who matters. Draggin’ her home may not be the answer, but standin’ by her side is what he’s meant to do.

I swear I am never going to get caught up on the dragon series as fast as Julia writes them.

Excellent addition to both the dragon series and PDA. Leave it to Gerri to arrange a meeting and not give much details on your mate. Sometimes I think it's like finding a needle in a dragons lair.

The couple in the book are just perfect for each other. Not sure if its because they are so different, or so similar..lol...They bring the perfect mix of love and excitement to the story.

This book held my attention throughout. It took me a bit to figure out what all was happening as it is not one of the more typical Gerri Wilder Paranormal Dating Agency stories started by Milly Taiden. Books also written by other authors with their own spin on Gerri which is the case with this book. Anyhow, it was a slow start for me that picked up speed with lots of action and a bit of a twist in the story. I can't wait to read Sable's story which is one of the Dragon Guard series by Mills. I enjoyed this book so much I'm going to sit and read several of the books in this series

As her previous books and contributions to the PDA Universe I found Julia Mills' latest just as enticing. Adding the Dragon Guardians has been a seamless connection through Gerri Wilder's character as well as the introduction of more paranormal entities for their mates. I loved the Kitsune, Annika. She was a powerhouse to rival any of the dragons and a perfect match for hers. Just as Milly Taiden's female's, Julia Mills writes a strong feminine character that can handle her own and still blend her mate to her.

I LOVED this story! Though I have to admit, I have no idea what an Arctsune is, and google didn’t help, so I was a teensy bit frustrated by that. I like to visualize what the shifter shifts into. But the story described her well, and I was REALLY pleased that the conversations were easy to follow, didn’t have as much inner monologue/talking to the reader as some of her other stories. There was so much action, suspense, unexpected twists, and Sable! I can’t wait to read more about this family!
