Two lost wolves. She has been banished. He is without a pack. Can they find anything in common?
Chelsea Rhodes was ousted as Mistress of Coronado and banished to Hawaii. That doesn’t sound bad… unless you’re a wolf-shifter in a place wolves have never existed, the plantation you’ve been given teeters on the brink of bankruptcy and there’s a wolf skulking around saying he is your fated mate.
He is the illegitimate son of the Alpha of Wolf Song, but was raised as the son of the Alpha of Paris. His adopted father is dead, his brother is installed as the leader in Paris and his mother is reunited with her fated mate, Dax is trying to decide on his next move when an assassin almost succeeds in killing him.
His mother asks him to go and help Chelsea but she does not want his help or anything to do with him.
Will Dax be able to convince Chelsea that together they can build a successful business and pack before Christmas?

But that doesn’t mean that the path will be smooth. Suffice to say, Chelsea like all the feisty females before her made Dax work for it. My only regret was the rather abrupt ending as I would have liked to see more conflict with outside forces as has been the case in other books. In any event, it was a great read that will take its place in my prized collection of books by this author.

Chelsea had been ousted as the Mistress of Coronado and had been sent to Hawaii quite literally, which may not seem so bad but still when you are away from everyone you know even the most beautiful place on earth is no substitute.
In Hawaii wolves have never existed and then suddenly she is thrown when a single wolf shifter comes across her and advises her that he is her fated mate, the illegitimate son of Wolf Song but he had been raised as the Alpha of Paris’s son.
Dax has been trying to decide what to do with his life and
His mother asks him to go and help Chelsea but she does not want his help or anything to do with him.
Will Dax be able to control his future, make his fated mate see him for the wolf shifter he is there is so much too do and so little time and he is so determined. He wants to have what his friends have found with their fated mates, the happiness that he has seen previous generations of shifters have with fated mates.
Read this wonderful story and I assure you that without a doubt you will not be able to put this book down until you reach the final page and discover the outcome.

Redrabbitt 5.0 out of 5 stars HARVEST--CORKED--UNCORKED--DECANTED Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2022 Harvest: Tangled Vines (prequel) Xander and Stephanie As a fan of Ms. Delta James' Wayward Mates series, there are many similarities in the storyline, two wolf shifters meeting, realizing they are fated mates, which she will fight, but never wins. But then, beyond how they come together, accept fate, and the relationship, the story is new. This new series, Tangled Vines, will also revolve around vineyards. Stephanie Savik is a human, turned wolf against her will, but she accepts what has happened after a year. She has lived under the protection of the DeMedici pack with Marco as her alpha. But, it is time for her to enter a new chapter in her life; training as a vintner, she is moving to California's wine country to work with Evan as an assistant vintner. Alexander "Xander" Charles was under Damian Steele's command in the military, and when he sustained a life-threatening injury, Damian turned him to save him. Now, he is the Beta of the Luna de Lobo pack. He is also a Master at Torch Light, a BDSM club. The story will have Stephanie traveling from Italy to California, planning to stay a day in the city, attending club Torch Light, and then on to her new position and pack. What a shock when she is getting settled in at Torch Light and in walks Master Alex—both know the feelings mean their 'fated mate' is nearby. Once Alex sees and talks with Stephanie, no one else will touch his mate—they agree to scene together, and no matter what Stephanie thinks she can manipulate, Alex is one step ahead of her. "Are we negotiating, or do you just lay down what you want like the big bad wolf?" "I do have eyes that see you better than most, and part of what I will require does involve my eating you up." "Xander enjoyed her spirit. She was going to be a challenge, but then he liked a good challenge, especially one that had her figure and whose arousal smelled as sweet as hers did. "I'm going to ask you one last time for your safeword. If I don't get it, I'll assume you have none. You should know, little wolf," he whispered, "I can feel the same thing and mean to claim you as mine. Watch how you speak to me, mate." "You're awfully confident for a Dom who knows nothing about me." "I know everything I need to know. You are my fated mate, and you will take your vows to me—one way or another. Mine is the last voice you will hear before succumbing to me." OMG, I love the angst, the chemistry, the erotic passion between Stephanie and Xander. While this wasn't something she wanted, she also has been around others and knows that "fated-mates" are not something that can be denied or ignored—she knows that they are fated mates and fight it or not, she won't win—so she accepts the fact and enjoys the ride. "One of the things I learned from what happened to me was that nothing in life is certain and that when something good comes along, you have to grab it with both hands and hang on." The story is a fast-paced tale, a spin-off from the Wayward Mates series, and has several people from that series. It also will take place in America but will have ties with Europe. There is trouble brewing, Hunters coming, and she-wolves are the target. I can't wait for the next book out later this month.
Corked: Tangled Vines LINC AND GRACE As a fan of Ms. Delta James' Wayward Mates series, there are many similarities in the storyline, but this one will involve a human and a wolf. Lincoln Steele is an Alpha, but not over a pack—yet, not a lone wolf. When he meets Grace Marlow, not only is he impressed with her credentials as a chef, he learns she is also a submissive and wants to play at Torch Light—she is his fated mate. Grace is human, and that isn't going to stop Linc—he will wine and dine her and win her over. This new series, Tangled Vines, will also revolve around vineyards, and in this story, it will have Grace applying to be executive chef for both Lobo Bahia and Torch Light for the Steele brothers. Linc: "I think I've found our head chef. She's human. She's also my fated mate. No admonition that I should seek another—that turning a human needs her consent and is not for the faint of heart." Damian: "Look, Linc, consent can be interpreted in many ways. Most of the best pack mistresses had to be persuaded to one degree or another—Skylar Grainger, Catherine DeMedici, Riley Nichols. Then go get your mate, little brother." Linc and Grace will conclude their business with him, making her an offer, and she will accept; then later, she will meet him at Torch Light. Linc puts the word out that no other Dom will be involved with her—she is his. They will scene together, which is detailed in the story, and then he takes her home. The chemistry between these two is instant for both of them. Not only do they pair up well as Dom and sub, but as a couple. But, then there is the danger of the Hunters, and before Linc has a chance to wine and dine her, to win her over, she is kidnapped so that they can destroy him. So the story has plenty of angst, danger, along with passion and romance. There are the D/s between them, but also a spanking scene and intense sex scenes. Unlike some fated mates, Grace learns what fated mates mean and what will take place, and she is willing to accept his claim and make her vows. "Oooh, great sex and courting. I may have hit the jackpot. Careful big guy, I could fall hard for you. I feel like I've been waiting for you my whole life." "I feel the same way about you, Butter?" The story is a fast-paced tale, a spin-off from the Wayward Mates series, and has several people from that series. It also will take place in America but will have mentions of Europe. There is trouble brewing, Hunters coming, and she-wolves are the target.
Uncorked: Tangled Vines DAMIAN AND KINZIE As a fan of Ms. Kinzie Edwards lives in Paris is a freelance reporter for various food and wine publications. She has gone to Florence, Italy, to meet her sister and brother-in-law, Kayla and Evan, and then travel to DeMedici villa. Kinzie and Kayla are identical twins—but one is now a she-wolf, and the other does not know. As they travel, their driver notices something is wrong with the car and instructs them to prepare to jump when he gives them the signal. "One moment she'd been happy, talking to the driver, the road safe, the day sunny. All of that was shattered when she'd heard Kayla scream and an ear-splitting blast echoed all around her. In that fraction of a second, her world was torn apart." When Damian and the Luna de Lobo pack are informed that Evan and Kayla did not make it to their destination, the driver and car not found he will immediately head to Italy. Arriving, he feels a call, a pull, and with a helicopter team, he sees the blast site. What appeared to be his two friends, Evan and Kayla, another woman, is unrecognizable. But when he hears a moan, he realizes that 'Kayla' is still alive and a medical team brought in. Damian is called to Kayla—but that is odd; he's known her for years and never felt this way. During her recovery—he will not leave her and eventually returns her to their pack. "Her soul recognized his in a way she'd dismissed when her sister proclaimed Evan to be her soul mate. Whoever this man was, he provided her a tenuous hold onto her life and eased her suffering." The plot of this story is heart-wrenching as death comes to not one but two packs. To learn that Kinzie survived and, in many ways, Evan saved her life before dying. Damian has now met and claimed his fated-mate, but she wants nothing to do with him or his claim. "She briefly wondered how she'd fallen through the looking glass and what might lie on the other side." "I am your lord and alpha. My word is law for you and the rest of our pack. I miss them, too. I can't imagine what it must be like to lose a twin. Then to wake up after a horrible attack to find your DNA has been over-written without your knowledge, and you're called to a fated mate, a concept completely foreign to you." The story is a fast-paced tale, a spin-off from the Wayward Mates series, and has several people from that series. It also will take place in America and Europe. There is trouble brewing, Hunters attacking, and she-wolves are the target. Kinzie will come face-to-face with danger, fights off one attacker, and has words with another Hunter. I love the angst, the chemistry, the erotic passion between Damian and Kinzie. While this wasn't something she wanted, and new to her, she knows how Evan and Kayla were soul-mates and learns that "fated-mates" are not something that can be denied or ignored—she knows that they are fated mates and fight it or not, she won't win—so eventually she'll accept the fact and enjoys the ride—but not before she goes on a merry chase. "Kinzie knew this wasn't lovemaking; there would be time enough for that later. Right now, she understood his need to dominate her, to ensure she acquiesced and submitted to him in all things." "I had a very wise woman point out to me that happiness was standing right in front of me if only I had the courage to reach out and take it." The good, the bad, and the ugly play their roles. Kinzie must accept that her life has changed, her DNA has changed, her sister is gone, but she has a new life and happiness to be found, if she will only open her heart and soul. Damian held out for a fated-mate and will do whatever it takes to keep her and make her happy. The hunters are bold, and now they have a few names and faces to add to their intel. "You old flame is about to find out what happens when a Hunter becomes one of the hunted." The story does have power exchange, male dominance, feisty females, who eventually learn submission is powerful. There are explicit scenes and discipline. While the story does not end on a cliffhanger, it does give us insight into the next book.
Decanted: Tangled Vines HUDSON AND SHASTA As a fan of Ms. Shasta Warren, daughter of Artemis Warren, sent her to Sonoma Pack because he was tired of dealing with her. She has earned a reputation of being difficult, but Xander Charles, from Sonoma, shows her kindness compared to her father's Beta. When she goes to the Sonoma Pack, she is a bitter she-wolf, uncooperative, but she isn't mistreated. Hudson Rhodes has recently ended his military time as a Navy SEAL and is ready to take his rightful place as Alpha of Coronado—removing his older brother, Miles, and his mate, Chelsea. After he sets things right again, he will be going to Damian's for a meeting of other Alphas to discuss the issues with the hunters. What a surprise when he arrives and can smell her—his fated mate. "Hudson had finally found her. His fated mate was here." The plot begins with a group of Alphas coming together at Sonoma Pack and having Shasta use their businesses to attempt to make her escape. She may get away on Zeus, Damian's stallion, but once Hudson catches her sent, he is in pursuit, going a different route provided to claim his fated mate. The story has plenty of angst, action, adventure, mystery, suspense, and danger. Before Hudson can claim Shasta, they will come under attack by Hunters, and he is injured helping her escape. Shasta will direct others to his location, and while she might be able to slip away, she doesn't; she waits for Hudson—for the medics—and then must decide her future. "I'm not afraid of the big bad wolf because I am one." "I won't be playing. When being punished, your likes are not high on my list of concerns. I'm going to take fiendish delight in the way I deliciously discipline you." "But who will save you from me? And will I be safe there" "Always, my fierce, beautiful, courageous fated mate. Always." The good, the bad, and the ugly play their roles. While Shasta would rather be by herself, a lone she-wolf, especially with the danger of the Hunters, is foolish. There is something about Hudson that calls to her, she watched him risk his life to save hers, and he treats her well. But that isn't enough for her to slip away while he is recovering—or him to come to NOLA and find her. The Hunters are becoming more brazen, and the risk is high—but maybe, just maybe, Shasta will be able to convince one of them that they are being played. "I once thought I wanted no wolf at all. But a wise friend once told me that when happiness with your fated mate presents itself, you are a fool to turn away." –Darby "Shasta, I want you to know that not only do I recognize the gift you gave me, but I will cherish it always." "I'm thankful to have a mate who knows me so well, but still chooses to be with me." "I have no choice, but even if I did, I would always choose to love you and call you mine." The story does have power exchange, male dominance, feisty females, who eventually learn submission is powerful. There are explicit scenes and discipline. While this story does not end on a cliffhanger, several people mentioned in it will have their own story next.
Rhonda Hicks VINE VOICE 5.0 out of 5 stars captivating Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2022 Whether you've read each individual book as they were published or you've been waiting on the series to come out in a box set so you didn't have to wait between books, now is your chance to get this captivating series in its entirety. Volume One includes: Set includes:
Harvest (prequel 1 never previously published) 'Harvest' is the first prequel in Delta James' new series "Tangled Vines" and if the rest of the series is as good as this book, then I just know it's going to be one heck of a ride! We immediately start with a scene where Stephanie and her sister were being chased by so many they finally split up thinking that would help. Stephanie wound up being chased by three men and two wolves into the dead-end of an alley. Just when it came to the climax of the scenario Stephanie wakes up. Was it a dream or her reliving a memory? Remember this is a quick, easy read prequel so I don't want to give away too much. Both women are members of the DeMedici pack in Tuscany and Stephanie has been hired as the assistant vintner for the Luna de Lobo pack in San Francisco which also gave her a new pack of family and alpha. Making the move has given her WAY more than she bargained or anticipated. All she was going to do was go to the local BDSM club for some stress relief before checking in with the new alpha. Instead, to her dismay, she meets her fated mate! I loved the book and can't wait for what promises to be a phenomenal series!
Corked (prequel 2) Grace had won an international cooking contest last year and after a year of working at Michelin star restaurants for additional experience and reputation, she's been offered the position of head chef at Lobo Bahia hotel and Torch Light, a BDSM club. Both were owned by Damian Steele, Alpha of the Sonoma Pack and head of the Luna de Lobo Vineyard in San Francisco, along with his younger brother Lincoln, aka Linc. Wonderful news, huh? Just two small problems with that statement. First, Grace is human and has no idea what the Steele brothers are. Second, while Damian is the romance between them and has always been looking and waiting for his fated mate, Linc has always believed fated mates were a myth that was used to coerce fractious she-wolves into pairings. Until he met and interviewed Grace. And lo and behold, it turned out it wasn't a myth after all. Grace was his fated mate. It gets a little more complicated when you add the fact that Linc had a tough time reintegrating himself into civilian life after he left Delta Force and encountered Hunters. They're a group of humans who knew of the existence of wolf-shifters and are dedicated to exterminating wolf-shifters. Ever since it has been Linc's mission to turn the tables on the Hunters and make them the hunted. He had already gone rogue at one point but Damian was afraid he'd go completely feral. That's why he introduced Linc to a BDSM club and that's where Linc found peace, pleasure, and the self-control he'd been missing since leaving Delta Force. This short, second prequel in the Tangle Vine series is as captivating as the first one and only makes me want the first book sooner
Uncorked I, plus I'm sure so many others have been anticipating this book with patience I didn't realize I had and Delta James has delivered in spades! 'Uncorked' is the first book in her "Tangled Vines" series. If you've read the prequels or even just the blurb then you'll know there is an evil entity out there. The Hunters seem to be organizing in their quest to exterminate wolf-shifters. Kinzie, her twin sister Kayla, and Kayla's mate Evan were going to meet and visit the DeMedici Pack. On the way from the airport, a bomb had gone off, blowing up the car and throwing the driver and three passengers, ultimately killing all but Kinzie. There's a great deal of confusion because few know Kayla had a sister and even fewer knew she was an identical twin. So much intensity is displayed, whether it was loyalty, anger, fear, chemistry, or love amongst these characters. Then you have the intrigue and suspense of what's around the corner and what the Hunters are planning. I couldn't be more pleased with the start of this series and am highly anticipating the next book. Now if I can just wait without fidgeting.
Decanted 'Decanted' is Delta James's second book in her "Tangled Vines" series. That being said, if you haven't started it yet you have no idea what you're missing. This storyline starts off running and doesn't stop until the end of the book. Hudson was a Navy SEAL and just took his unit through their last mission before returning home to Colorado where he intends to reclaim his land and pack from his elder brother and his mate. After being used for his own personal gain, Shasta's father has kicked her out of the pack and sent to the Sonoma pack. Shasta has had enough and has decided she is not going to be an Alpha's mate and plaything. She's an Alpha in her own right and intends to keep her freedom at all costs. The rollercoaster of events and emotions as these two come together is riveting. The tension is explosive, both inside and out of the bedroom. Add in the fact that The Hunters have amped up their game and killed several of Hunter's pack alone, not counting the deaths from other packs and I found myself completely engulfed in this book. I can't wait to see what happens in book three, 'Breathe'.

This was so good. I am not going to lie a few times I was close to tears. To be separated from your fated mate for so long. Delta thank you for using a older she-Wolf in your book. Notice I said older not old. Reading about Char makes me feel young. Daniel was a very patient and loving mate all those years and he never lost hope. This was truly a great read. This was the most emotional of all of the books in this series for me when fated mates
were torn apart without a thought for their happiness. I admired Charlotte’s resilience
and the length she went through to keep her fated mate plus her son safe. Daniel never
gave up on a future with Char and his son. He had no choice but to let them go, but
nothing was stopping him from claiming Char now that she was free from a loveless
marriage. Char tried to resist Daniel, but he was like a wildfire that threatened to
consume her. Char realized that Daniel and Raphaêl were as different as night and day.
Daniel respected her opinions while Raphaêl had been harsh and demanding, but she
was not prepared to be vulnerable again.
This was an entertaining story filled with action, danger, sizzling sex scenes, and just the
right amount of spankings. I enjoyed the inclusions of the characters from previous books.
The women continued to defy their men and wreck damage on their enemies. At the core
of it this was a true love story.

It was a pleasure to read this suspenseful second-chance shifter romance & it will definitely capture the reader’s attention. The plot is well-written & has extremely good world building, with intense, emotional scenes. The main characters have interesting back-stories and one of them (a alpha male wolf, Daniel) was absolutely determined & stopped at nothing in order to finally claim his mate (Charlotte aka Char)
There is: wolf shifters, hunters, action, adventure, fated mates, twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, family/pack issues, deceit, betrayal, conspiracies, blackmail, vengeful feelings, conflict, danger, threats, retribution, defiance, discipline, spankings, domination/submission, contentment, steamy scenes, love & a well-deserved, satisfying conclusion for this couple. I honestly enjoyed reading this shifter romance & would recommend this shifter romance & the series to people who enjoy reading this genre.

Finding your fated mate is rare. Hunters will regret stealing mine.
Whitney Morrison is a full-bodied, successful event planner, a human, and my fated mate. I’m the Alpha of Monterey and I always get what I want.
I catch her scent at a wine festival and invite her to dinner. A dinner invitation that leads to the most memorable night of my life. The next morning I return to our room to find Whitney has run away.
My wolf is devastated. She will learn there is no running from your fated mate.
Three months of searching and preparing has finally brought her back to me. She is on my land and in my home having accepted a job in the area. My wolf is pushing me to make her mine. Before I can mark and claim her, Hunters attack the pack, stealing her from me.
The hunt is on.

Donna L 4.0 out of 5 stars Jameson and Whitney Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2021 It would not be a shifter story by Delta James without a sexy alpha intent on marking and knotting his fated mate. A mate who was so overwhelmed that she ran away and hunters out to eliminate the entire shifter population.
From their first meeting, Jameson Sinclair affected Whitney Morrison’s equilibrium making her melt into a puddle of submission. His rumble soothed her soul. Whitney may have run from Jameson, but he had eyes protecting her until she was back in his arms. His dominance stole her breath. How could she feel so out of control yet so safe. Jameson was out for revenge when the hunters kidnapped Whitney. Her strength and resilience shone through in the face of danger.
The sexual chemistry between Jameson and Whitney burned up the sheets. I was surprised at how quickly Whitney accepted that Jameson was indeed a shifter. She was not scared by the prospect of being marked. In fact, she was excited. Whitney was lush and full-bodied like a fine wine. Jameson was dominant, protective, and expected to be obeyed. Whitney soon learned over Jameson’s knees that he would not allow her to make derogatory comments about herself. She was perfect as she was. I received a free copy of this book for an honest review
Redrabbitt TOP 1000 REVIEWER 5.0 out of 5 stars HE WOULD MAKE HER BELIEVE Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2021 As a fan of Ms. With Jameson Sinclair and Whitney Morrison, he is the Alpha of Earthly Spirits Vineyard in Monterey, California, and she is human and an event planner in Chicago, Illinois.
I especially liked this one because I felt that Jameson paves the way for Whitney to come to California. He doesn't cause issues with her fiancé; he doesn't take away a job from someone else to offer her a position. Instead, he arranges solutions that work the best. The chemistry between Jameson and Whitney is undeniable, and for him, he knows immediately that she is his fated mate. I loved that, unlike many Alphas, he does not force her, he allows her to accept him, his dominance, giving him her surrender, and she wants to become his.
The story's plot will first have Whitney and Jameson meeting at the wine convention in Chicago. Whitney does a fantastic job with the conventions, and Jameson knows she will be a plus to the coastal wineries when he finally can lure her there. When she arrives at Earthly Spirits and twists her ankle and that is the start of him carrying her wherever she needs to go. While she doesn't understand the dizziness she feels, he knows immediately he has finally found her, his true-fated-mate, and he couldn't be happier.
Whitney: "You don't need to carry me, Mr. Sinclair. I'm too heavy." Jameson: "Nonesense. And we've talked about how I feel about you putting yourself down. When did I become Mr. Sinclar? As I recall in Chicago, I was Jameson." Whitney: "That should never have happened. It was completely unprofessional. Besides, I thought I'd be working with Leo." Jameson: "It most definitely should have happened. And why on earth would I let Leo gobble you up when my appetite is so much more ravenous?"
"There was something odd about the way she could be furious and slightly afraid of him one moment, and in the next, she felt as though sitting in his lap with his arms wrapped around her was the safest, and only, place in the world she wanted to be."
Whitney: "What do you want from me?" Jameson: "I don't want anything from you I want you—all of you." Whitney: "I keep thinking I must be dreaming. That at any moment I'm going to wake up and be in my hotel room." Jameson: "Why does it seem so difficult for you to believe me?" Whitney: "Because men like you don't fall for women like me." Jameson: "Intelligent, passionate men like me don't fall for beautiful, intelligent, wildly responsive, and spirited women like you? Since when?"
From a night in Chicago, where these two become lovers for a night—to misunderstandings the following day, it sets this tale into motion with Jameson paving the way to bring his mate to California and him. He doesn't force the vows; he actually lets her fall in love with him and then learns the truth about being a wolf shifter. He proves that he and his people are all dedicated to working together for the good of the pack—and that means seeing Jameson and Whitney together as fated-mates. Yes, she is disciplined, but she is loved even harder by him.
"Just relax and let me hold you. I'll take care of you, Whitney. You don't need to worry about anything. Everyone here is glad you've finally come home."
The story has the good, the bad, and the ugly. A cheater works perfect for Jameson to free Whitney—and a new beginning with a job location brings her to the coast of California. I liked how the relationship between Jameson and Whitney progresses. The story also has problems with the Hunters—which leads to kidnapping and danger.
Jameson: "I love you, Whitney. Why won't you believe?" Whitney: "I do, Jameson. I love you too. I believe."
"My mate is a woman of rare courage and a ferocious spirit. I would expect nothing less."
Whitney: "Why is it you say the dirtiest things to me and make them sound so sensual and loving?" Jameson: "Because they are. I want you geared to my voice, my touch. I love it when you tremble with desire, and I haven't even touched you yet." Whitney: "I don't know why I believe you, but I do. I don't know why I don't care that there are things about you that should probably scare me to death, but they don't. It doesn't matter to me." Jameson: "Will you agree to take your vows and become one with me?" Whitney: "I’m not sure I ever had a real choice in the matter. Jameson?” Jameson: “Yes, sweetheart?” Whitney: “Again, something I never thought I’d hear myself say, but I want to be the one with you in all ways. I want to give myself to your completely.”
“He was so strong, so loving, so everything she’d ever needed.”
Whitney: “I want to be one with you.” Jameson: “You already are. From the moment you were born, you’ve been one with me. We will be one in this lifetime and all those that follow.”
The story does have power exchange, male dominance, feisty females, who eventually learn submission is powerful. Again, there are explicit scenes and discipline.
“He wondered how he’d lived without her until now. It was as if all that had come before had been a pale imitation of the life that now lay before them.”
Don’t be surprised if you find yourself needing to refresh your memory with this one. So many of our favorite couples make an appearance in this one. It really makes it enjoyable to see the continuity from one story to the next.

Marybeth 5.0 out of 5 stars Ethan and Marissa Reviewed in the United States on June 14, 2021 Marissa intends to destroy the lives of the men who had raped and murdered her sister, including their father. Erin, her sister, was a wolf shifter and she was killed by a group of Hunters, who want to destroy all shifters. Of course, the men of the wolf packs decide that she needs to be rescued. Marissa doesn't need to be rescued, she wants to be left alone to finish her retribution. But, Ethan Storm is a past love and when he was made a wolf shifter to save his life, he realized then that Marissa was his fated mate. Six years later, he finally decides that he needs to claim her. The result is a very entertaining story.
Delta James is one of my favorite authors. I really enjoy the stories she writes about shifters. I can't wait for the next two books in this series.
I received an advance copy of this book and this is my honest opinion

But when she realizes that the lies she believed have put her into the crosshairs of the hunters, her only hope is to take them out first. But will her actions also put her into the sights of her fated mate? Will Ethan's determination to track her down first become the delay that leads to doom? Or will their connection become even stronger than before?

Redrabbitt TOP 1000 REVIEWER 5.0 out of 5 stars LINC AND GRACE Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2021 Verified Purchase As a fan of Ms.
Then go get your mate, little brother."
Linc and Grace will conclude their business with him, making her an offer, and she will accept; then later, she will meet him at Torch Light.
I feel like I've been waiting for you my whole life."
"I feel the same way about you, Butter?"
The story is a fast-paced tale, a spin-off from the Wayward Mates series, and has several people from that series. It also will take place in America but will have mentions of Europe. There is trouble brewing, Hunters coming, and she-wolves are the target.

As Hudson recovers from his wounds, Shasta slips away to begin a secret new life in the Crescent City. But she won’t be able to hide forever. The Alpha of New Orleans is known as an incurable romantic and jumps at the chance to help his old friend, Hudson, bring his fated mate to heel.

Redrabbitt TOP 1000 REVIEWER 5.0 out of 5 stars HUDSON AND SHASTA Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2021 As a fan of Ms.
His fated mate was here."
The plot begins with a group of Alphas coming together at Sonoma Pack and having Shasta use their businesses to attempt to make her escape.
"I’m not afraid of the big bad wolf because I am one.” “I won’t be playing. When being punished, your likes are not high on my list of concerns. I’m going to take fiendish delight in the way I deliciously discipline you.” “But who will save you from me? And will I be safe there” “Always, my fierce, beautiful, courageous fated mate. Always.”
The good, the bad, and the ugly play their roles. While Shasta would rather be by herself, a lone she-wolf, especially with the danger of the Hunters, is foolish. There is something about Hudson that calls to her, she watched him risk his life to save hers, and he treats her well. But that isn’t enough for her to slip away while he is recovering—or him to come to NOLA and find her. The Hunters are becoming more brazen, and the risk is high—but maybe, just maybe, Shasta will be able to convince one of them that they are being played.
“I once thought I wanted no wolf at all. But a wise friend once told me that when happiness with your fated mate presents itself, you are a fool to turn away.” –Darby
“Shasta, I want you to know that not only do I recognize the gift you gave me, but I will cherish it always.” “I’m thankful to have a mate who knows me so well, but still chooses to be with me.” “I have no choice, but even if I did, I would always choose to love you and call you mine.”
The story does have power exchange, male dominance, feisty females, who eventually learn submission is powerful. There are explicit scenes and discipline. While this story does not end on a cliffhanger, several people mentioned in it will have their own story next.
Ashley A. Carr VINE VOICE 5.0 out of 5 stars Hudson and Shasta Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2021 Another wonderful read by this author! Hudson and Shasta balance each other out perfectly. He is an alpha and protective and dominant whilst she is sassy, bratty and willful. Shasta has been a thorn in the side of her Alpha. When Hudson shows up at her pack wanting to discuss the Coronado Vineyard he declares her his mate and let the games begin. The Hunters are becoming more and more bold, what will happen when Hudson is attacked by said Hunters? Will Shasta come to his aide? After she disappears will Hudson track his wayward mate down?

The combination of emotion, drama and action is potent and consuming. Shasta and Hudson were amazing characters that really deliver a rock solid one-two punch right to your heart. Shasta was feisty and so easy to feel for and Hunter will have you swooning with his hot intensity and alpha tendencies. Tension, steam and danger keep you on the edge of your seat while being bombarded with heat and excitement. This is my elective, candid review.

Tangled Vines is a follow up series to Wayward Mates. All of the packs involved operate vineyards on the West Coast. There are quite a few references made to people and situations from Wayward Mates. The prequel, Harvest, is available for free by signing up for her newsletter.
When Hunters strike at the wrong prey, Damian Steele will stop at nothing to claim the ultimate prize… his fated mate.
On the backroads of Italy, a fatal accident takes the lives of three of the four people in the car. The only survivor is an unconscious Kinzie Edwards, who is mistakenly identified as her twin sister. In a targeted act of violence, Kinzie loses her sister, Kayla and her humanity.
Damian is the brooding Alpha of the Sonoma Pack and the head of the Luna de Lobo Vineyard on the California coast. When Hunters strike at his people, Damian rushes to Italy to care for the mate to his omega. Except it isn’t Kayla he brings home.

Thirsting for answers and revenge, Kinzie leaves the safety of Damian’s embrace to confront those who murdered her sister. Can Damian reach her before the Hunters claim her as another trophy?.

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved Karter and Ronan

After seeing Commander Karter in several books and watching him interact with Dara (Chloe, Seth, and Dorian's daughter), we have begged Grace for him to get a mate and she answered us with this great story.
(To understand my review, I just want to put it out there, I read for story and could care less about the sexy times)
This story drops us right into the middle of the Hive war, as mentioned in the previous books, the Battlegroup Karter is actively holding back the Hive in sector 437. Karter was tested years and years ago and has been too busy to have any thoughts of a bride. Ronan is also a Commander and is just as intense as Karter due to the heavy weight of responsibility demanded by their positions. Erica has always loved the stars and jumped at her chance to be among them, especially after her testing as part of a Prillon sandwich (her words, not mine).
This story is told from all three POV and we get to see just how tortured Karter is and how much weight is on his very broad shoulders. I really loved Karter and Ronan and even though Erica is just a feisty as the other Interstellar Brides, I guess I just wasn't as impressed with her as I was with the other brides - she does love both of them and fights for a true mating but that's about it. BUT, Karter and Ronan make up for any deficiencies I felt Erica had. The new development in the war is a major game changer and the Coalition is going to have their hands full dealing with it.
I love this series and while I have received advanced copies of these books (yes, I joined Grace's review team to get my hands on these books as soon as possible), I have purchased every single one. Purchasing these books and writing reviews so that others have a chance to discover this talented author's work is my way of supporting her and my habit 🙂

5.0 out of 5 stars A really great read, impossible to put down once I started reading
Reviewed in the United States on March 27, 2021
Kinzi had been waiting to see her identical twin sister Kayla and husband Evan for some time and now they were all together again the limo that had been sent to collect them and drive the around. Who would have thought that the laughter and the love she had seen and heard in her sister and the love of her life Evan’s eyes would be permanently changed and there was not a damn thing she could do to stop it from happening?
When Damian had heard of the attack by the hunters and the death of his two packmates his vintner assistant and Kenzi and his Beta Evan. Imagine his surprise when he discovers that the woman, he found was Kinzi and that she is his Fated mate, unfortunately being close to death and already undergoing the change to wolf he has a lot of explaining to do if she survives the transgression fully.
Damián has never been happier he has discovered his fated mate and now he has to explain to Kinzi what is happening to her body and also explain why her sister and her mate were killed as they were all travelling in Italy, unfortunately she has other ideas.
When Damian discovers that his recently marked mate has made a run for it he is furious and also frustrated, when he discovers she is on the way to Italy he knows she is looking for the hunters and for retribution he knows her life is at risk.
This is a wonderful read and it is simply wonderful to meet up again with Marco and Catherine in Italy along with Damian’s brother and his recently turned mate.
This is a wonderful read and I guarantee that once you start reading you will not be able to put this book down until you reach the very last page.
