Brazen and Breathless (Untouchable Book 6)

It’s a new year.

It’s a new me.

Or maybe I should say a new us.

We’re out there. We’re not hiding the fact that I’m dating all of them. PDAs are back on the table. The final semester of high school kicks off with a bang. I have to keep my eye on the prize though—make every AP class count, keep my grades up, and find a way to balance life with my guys. My best friends. My boyfriends. My lovers.

The battle with Maddy is still on the table. So is figuring out our future. It’s one thing to say we’re sticking together, now we have to make it happen.

I never thought it would be easy.

Apparently, we don’t do easy.

But am I ready for this?

All I know is I’m not giving them up without a fight.
Ninety some odd days to go, and we graduate.

We can do it, right?

Sign me up for #TeamMadAtHeather!! I can’t believe you did that. Everything was going along great, the group was communicating great, they were starting to share more with their families and then you ended like you did! I guess we should have all seen it coming, but we didn’t. Please tell me the next installment will be out soon!

Noir Reformatory (Paranormal Prison)

Happy Birthday, Raven. Welcome to Noir Reformatory.

Not what every girl wants to hear on her 18th birthday, but I accepted my fate long ago. I was born with black wings, earning me a permanent jail sentence from day one.

A Noir Angel for life.
That’s fine.
I’ll own this prison just like I did back home.
Even if it’s ruled by two hot kings.

This reformatory isn’t all-girls; it’s co-ed. Which means I’m outnumbered ten-to-one by brutes with more brawn than brain. Not a problem. I thrive on aggression and this place is riddled with it. A nightmare wrapped up in an ebony cloak.

Well, bring it on, boys.
Just try and claim me.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Never thought of angels as being “paranormal”. Black wings as a sign of having “fallen” is different. This one is definitely interesting and enjoyable. I’m looking forward to reading more.

They call me a monster. They say that my bloodlust is too dangerous. That my other form is too powerful.

But I can’t change what I am.

A berserker. A species that has so few females we’re more legend than reality. But the day I shifted into my monstrous-form and killed, it didn’t matter. Not that I’m rare. Not that the creatures I slaughtered deserved it.

Sent to a reform school as a last chance before execution, I now have to survive amongst the worst of my kind. And there’s a reason people fear berserkers. A good reason.

Not only that, but my rare ability has attracted the attention of a dangerous man who will stop at nothing to have me. Unfortunately for him, three supernaturals have sworn to protect me.

The three men might be the key to my survival; they could even be the fated mates that can love me, both sides of me. And yet, even if they can keep me safe from my enemies, they can’t keep me safe from myself.

If I show my other side again, I’m dead.
And the thing is, there’s no taming a berserker.

Interesting Now that is a very interesting way of dealing with problems. To put it mildly I can’t wait to read this next one!

Blindly Indicted (Paranormal Prison)

I lived my life as a prisoner.

I’ve always been told stories about the real world, but I haven’t seen it for myself. All I have ever known is pain.

And darkness.

They tell me I have been blind since birth.

When I make my escape, I think freedom is finally within my grasp…

Until I’m captured by the paranormal police for a murder I didn’t commit. Apparently, I have powers—powers I have always suspected myself of having.

Normal people can’t see through other people’s eyes, right?

Thrust into Nightmare Penitentiary, I meet a group of hard, alpha, psychotic inmates who believe I’m the answer to all their prayers. Me? I’m just trying to survive and figure out what it means to live. My new home isn’t just a prison, but a labyrinth with horrors around every corner.

But what if the cost of my life is my freedom? Am I willing to trade one cage for another?

Welcome to Nightmare Penitentiary where you come in handcuffs and leave in a body bag.

Wraith Captive: A Reverse Harem Romance (Paranormal Prison Book 5)

Death calls to me, and unfortunately for me, I’m his b*tch…

Being the daughter of a wraith means that death is in my veins. It also means that just because I happen to be found around a lot of dead bodies doesn’t mean I’m a serial killer.

But try to get the jackass Supernatural Enforcers to believe that.

The thing is, I can’t tell them what I am, because according to the paranormal world I’m an “abomination” that would need to be killed. So, I have no good excuse for all the crime scene appearances.

Which leads me to Nightmare Penitentiary, my lovely new home. A place with a lot of dangerous enemies, secrets, and three hot-as-sin prisoners who seem to want to do all kinds of dirty things to me.

Doesn’t sound bad does it? Enemies and secrets I’d take, as long as I got my yummy men.

If only prisoners weren’t being murdered, we might be able to find our own slice of paradise in hell itself. But with time working against us, we need to find a way to escape.

Or else the next prisoners being murdered might just be us.

Never thought about half breeds being treated so different. Nice array of paranormal beings. The characters are well written, with interesting lives. The ending did catch me off guard so I’m dying for the next one!

My voice doesn’t charm forest animals…
It predicts death.

That’s right—I’m a banshee. And I’m locked up in Nightmare Penitentiary with no hope of escape. I don’t expect to be rescued by handsome fae princes, either, since the last ones I had a crush on put me here.

Now, the princes are here to rattle my cage, and they’re just as handsome and judgmental as I remember. I’d tell them exactly what I think about them, but in addition to stealing my freedom, they’ve taken my voice.

Wow! To be honest, there were times when I wasn’t sure I would finish this book. I couldn’t make heads nor tails of the mythology behind it. In the end, I made it through and realized it was better than I thought.

Hangovers and Holidays (Untouchable Book 5)

You know, I never imagined having one boyfriend, much less four. Jake, Archie, Coop, and Ian are still my best friends. They’re also even more entrenched in my life than I ever imagined. They’ve been my rocks, but I’m not the only one with issues.

We’re fighting our way to a new normal. I’m in therapy. Ian and I are dating. Archie introduced me to his grandfather. Both Coop and Jake’s moms refer to me as their son’s girlfriend. I don’t know how much our parents know about our relationship, but I also don’t care.

Not anymore.

The holidays are here, and we’re halfway through the year. Everyone wants a piece of us. We’ve survived so much. We’ve been trying to figure out who we can be amidst all the drama and sabotage surrounding us. Now we have to figure out who we can be, period.

That starts with us.

It starts now.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

It was a wonderful change of pace to not have the group battling outsiders for a change. A holiday break away from their families and the problems that normally would result from that. They got into better sync with each other and that was really nice to see. Great Job!

Conveniently Convicted (Paranormal Prison)

Nightmare Penitentiary is no joke. The worst of the worst in the paranormal world end up at NP, and I just got sentenced there.

For others, this might be cause for freaking the hell out. But for me, it’s a fucking relief.

You see, I’ve been sold off to the big bad asshole, Alpha Bowen—thanks mom and dad! But if they think I’m going to go quietly, or at all, they haven’t been paying attention to how I roll.

Nightmare Penitentiary is the perfect place to escape, and I’m ready. If only people would stop trying to break me out. Seriously, it’s annoying.

I’m ready to relax and serve my sentence, but then I meet the prison guard, Rook. I can’t seem to escape his heated stares, the head wobbles, or the dimples. Sweet pop rocks, the dimples!

You’re not supposed to meet the male of your dreams in prison, but tell that to fate. Too bad I’m not as out of reach from the troubles hunting me down as I thought…and now, there’s nowhere to run because, like, I got myself imprisoned. FML.

There were times Sinclair just looked like an idiot. Actually, there were a lot of times when she looked like an idiot. This is the first one of the Paranormal Prison that I wasn’t impressed with. Thankfully it doesn’t look like there is more than just the one.

Ivy Asher is addicted to chai, swearing, and laughing a lot (but not in a creepy, laughing alone kind of way). She loves the snow, books, and her family of two humans, and three fur-babies. She has worlds and characters just floating around in her head, and she’s lucky enough to be surrounded by amazing people who support that kind of crazy.

Delinquent Demons (Paranormal Prison)

I’ve been wrongfully accused.
Sure, everyone sent to prison says that.
It’s true, though.
I’m not who they say I am.
Dark. Evil. An abomination. The worst of the worst.

They sent me to the deepest, most awful catacombs of Nightmare Penitentiary. It’s where they put all their secrets they don’t want anyone in the world—both human and paranormal—to know about. I’m left to be forgotten and waste away until the day I die.

And I’m not alone.

I’m there with others. Others who are worse than me.
Terrifying. Horrible. Monsters.
Four demons in particular who seem to wake from their evil slumber the moment I enter their presence.

They want me.
All four of them.

I’m not sure what they plan on doing once they get their hands on me.
But one thing’s for sure…

It won’t be good.

This is part of a series that I am starting to enjoy. This particular one seems like it is not going to continue into another book. Enjoyable, but sometimes it seemed a bit far-fetched.

I bet you’re asking yourself why am I here? What happened that landed me in this cell? Trust me, you aren’t the only one.

I bet you’re asking yourself why am I here? What happened that landed me in this cell? Trust me, you aren’t the only one.

Who am I?

You’d do better to ask, what am I?

You know it’s going to be a bad day when you wake up in the wrong man’s bed, your favorite leather outfit is completely shredded, your best Manolo Blahniks are broken, and your eighty-dollar manicure is ruined. But would you believe me if I said that’s just the tip of the shit storm?

My name is Fiona MacRieve, and I’m a succubus…or I was. I seduced a vampire and we had a fantastic time, until he drained me almost to death. Which wouldn’t have been so bad if he hadn’t forced his blood down my throat thinking it would heal me.Yeah, it didn’t.

Cause that’s not how I heal. So not only did I wake up to losing my best outfit, I woke up dead.

Now I’m a vampire. Some shit you just can’t make up.

Oh.. .and my favorite part? I’m under arrest.

Oh My Goodness! I have got to get the rest of this series! Especially the next installment of this small part. Such a fabulous storyline, characters you can identify with and world-building to die for. Yes folks, you will enjoy this one, I know I did!
