Interstellar Brides® Program Book 7: Tamed by the Beast

When Tiffani is mated to an Atlan warrior believed lost to mating fever, she will stop at nothing to save him, including sneaking into an Atlan prison to seduce his beast..

Sick and tired of the dead-end path her life is taking, Tiffani Wilson heads to the nearest Interstellar Bride processing center to start over. She’s promised an amazing mate, an Atlan Warlord who will not only relish her plus sized body, but heal her lonely heart.

Commander Deek of Atlan has lost control of his inner beast and sits in an Atlan prison cell awaiting execution. Unfortunately, nothing can save an unmated male.

When Tiffani’s transport to Atlan is denied due to her mate’s unstable condition, she will stop at nothing to save him and the life she was promised. Her mate is out there, he’s in trouble, and she knows she’s the only one in the universe who can save him.

Deek and his inner beast take one look at Tiffani’s soft, lush body and know they will do anything to possess her, even if it means pushing her sensual limits or taking her over his knee. But it’s not just Deek’s tenuous hold on the beast that stands in the way of their happily-ever-after, for Deek’s descent into mating fever was no accident, and his enemies will not surrender so easily.

Tiffani was sick of a dead end job, all of the sleazy bosses and all of nasty jokes about big women. Finnally, she had enough! She spent her life savings and went to the bride program. And they find a match, but there's a problem. The match is condemned to die. Tiffani refused to let him die if she could stop it. So, she insisted that the match go on and she transported to where she needed to be. Then she finds out she will need to do, go to a prison cell. Deek is almost beyond help. He's in beast form because of mating fever. I leave it to you to find out more. But I will tell you that is worth your time to discover what and who. This is definitely a Grace Goodwin tale of love with an alien and a human woman. This is an adult only book times two.

Tiffany is a full figured woman who is fed up with Earth and all the drama and men. She puts her trust in the intersteller bride program to find her perfect match. Not only is she eager and more than willing when complications arise she demands to be transported to her mate.
Commander Deek is scheduled for execution after he has trouble controlling his beast. As they parade unmated woman after woman in front of his cell to entice him to mate his beast rejects each one, wanting only a true mate. Even at the cost of his life the beast isn't willing to settle for anything less.
I found this story a little refreshing. The woman is all for it. She wanted her man or male. Wanted what the bride processing dream showed her. She wanted it all. This story had a little more substance that others. You get a little drama with uncovering a secret plan rather than just plenty of sex. Although there is plenty of that too!

Tiffani, an insecure big girl, was tired of being made fun of on Earth so she signed up to be an Interstellar Bride. She’s matched to Atlan Commander Deek but he’s lost to mating fever and is scheduled to be executed. There is no way that Tiffani is going to allow that to happen. He’s her mate and she won’t allow anything or anyone to stop her from claiming him.

I have read this Author before, and the one thing I enjoy , is that the books are similar, yet different .
In this book , Tiffani is a " big girl " . Not the size 0 - 6 that the media wants us to think is " normal " . So , she has felt that know one , especially men , could see her worth . So , feeling alone and alienated from her community , Tiffani signs up for the Interstellar Bride program.
She has been matched to a fierce Alien Warrior , from Atlan . These WARRIORS have a Beast inside them , that helps make them one of the best fighters in the GALAXY.

Only one problem, Her matched mate is scheduled to be terminated. Which means that she will have no mate....
Which means that she has No where to go .......
Will Tiffani sacrifice everything for a male that she doesn't even know ?
Or will she just let this male die because of his biological make up ??

Interstellar Brides® Program Book 6: Mastered by Her Mates

How can she protect the warriors she has grown to love and save the people of Earth from making a terrible mistake? Will her human contacts believe her when, with every touch, every look, they will see just how thoroughly she has been mastered by her mates?

Amanda Bryant has been a spy for five long years, but when aliens suddenly appear claiming a deadly enemy threatens Earth’s very survival, Amanda is asked by her superiors to accept the most dangerous mission of her life…volunteer to be an alien’s bride, to share the strange warrior’s bed and then betray him.

Accepting the assignment, Amanda is processed as the first Interstellar Bride and transported halfway across the galaxy to her new mate’s battleship where she awakens to discover she has been matched to not just one huge Prillon warrior, but two.

Shocked by her craving for the touch of two dominant alpha males, Amanda attempts to hide her body’s immediate reaction to Commander Grigg and his second, Rav. Resistance is futile as her new mates expect to control every aspect of her life, and her pleasure, and neither will hesitate to deliver a thorough and embarrassing spanking should she disobey their sensual commands, or resist a complex and deeply arousing series of medical exams designed to ensure her sexual readiness for their claiming.

Seduced and cherished by two alpha alien warriors who hide nothing from her, Amanda quickly comes to realize that the threat to Earth is very real. When she witnesses a battle with the enemy and the resulting death of a highly respected warrior, she knows she must tell her mates the truth and hope they can forgive her for her duplicity before it’s too late.

Loyalties will be tested as Amanda fights the most important battle of her life. How can she protect the warriors she has grown to love and save the people of Earth from making a terrible mistake? Will her human contacts believe her when, with every touch, every look, they will see just how thoroughly she has been mastered by her mates?

5.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable Characters - Has Substance As Well As Smut
Reviewed in the United States on September 1, 2017 Verified Purchase
I downloaded this expecting complete and utter smut. It definitely contains that, but also a surprising amount of world-building and detail put into the story around the sex scenes. Things I enjoyed: The point of view switches between the three main characters Amanda, Grigg, and Conrav from scene to scene. The characters have personalities and their own problems, and despite their kinky marriage traditions, they expect Amanda to integrate into their culture and be a useful member of society, not just a sex bunny who lives in their private quarters.

The men and Amanda each had subplots with problems to face that were not just about the marriage plot. The sci-fi world was enjoyably well-developed and deliberately went against cliches (and our Earth heroine's expectations) on several occasions. I really enjoyed the dominant and submissive nature of the characters' sexual relationship, which pushed boundaries but never got abusive or non-consensual. The poly triad was both hot in the sex scenes and sweet in scenes where they looked after and comforted each other. It's believable that they could fall in love in such a short amount of time. I enjoyed this book enough to tell a friend to grab a copy and read it, and I'll definitely be checking out more of this author's work, especially work featuring poly relationships.

Another great addition to the series. Amanda is actually the first human bride to be processes and placed through the Interstellar Bride Program, though unknown to the program, she is actually an American plant, sent to space under dubious orders. The Commander and doctor who are her matched mates don't know this at first, but obviously figure it out. The story evolves around the motives and desires of all the different parties involved in sending Amanda into space. It is a good story, but I don't think Amanda was a very good information collector, at least for her Earth bosses. Through the ups and downs, a HEA is achieved. Even though this story is about the first bride sent, I'm glad it was placed later in the series, the familiarity with the whole concept of this expanded universe gave me a better appreciation for the issues Amanda has to deal with being the first bride. I also think the human response to the aliens was plausible, dead on really, especially the government, seems exactly how they would act and react, not believing how awful the Hive truly is. I really enjoyed this book for both the plot and hotness. Loved the flicks and licks line.

There is one thing that I didn't like at all, but it's not from the story. I absolutely hate the book cover. These warriors are supposed to be 7 feet tall, extremely well built and handsome. The cover does not reflect that at all. Unfortunately, the one man you can clearly see is neither extremely tall, extremely well built or particularly awesome in the looks department (sorry, I'm sure he is a nice guy in real life.) Most of the covers have been good to great, this one just doesn't cut it.

This was a good start to the series. I liked seeing how some of the 'first contact' aftermath played out and how mistakes were definitely made on all sides. Amanda goes into this with a set idea that the aliens are hiding the truth from Earth but is able to change her mind when the evidence is right there- something her bosses on Earth aren't! The guys were fun to watch adjust to having to acknowledge their emotions and how to work together to be a family. Sexy and fun, a good read.

When she is mistakenly processed as a bride rather than a soldier, however, she rejects the match. But her mate has other ideas…

Dax is an Atlan warlord, and like all the men of his race, a primal beast lurks within him, ready to emerge in the fury of battle or the heat of the mating fever. When he learns that his bride has chosen to fight on the front lines rather than share his bed, he sets out to track her down and take what the beast demands.

Sarah is none too pleased when a massive brute claiming to be her mate arrives suddenly in the midst of a battle, and her displeasure turns to fury when Dax’s presence disrupts her mission and leads to the capture of her brother. But after her commanding officer refuses to authorize a rescue mission, Sarah’s best hope of saving the only family she has left is to accept Dax’s offer to help, even if that means giving herself to him in return.

Though he is thrilled to have located his wayward bride, Dax quickly discovers that Sarah is nothing like the meek, submissive women of his world. If he wants her, he will have to tame her, with a firm hand applied to her bare bottom if necessary. But Dax doesn’t just want Sarah, he needs her. Can she satisfy the fearsome beast within him before he loses control completely?

A most unexpected but delightful mistake.
Raised by a father and 4 brothers Sarah is not wilting simpering female. She has strength, smart, sass and skills. Joining the collation to fight by her brother Seth's side she doesn't have time for a man.
Dax is so close to going berserker his commander demands he be tested for a bride. This Atlan has his work cut out for him. His bride is not some sweet bidable Atlan female raised to sooth the Beast but a warrior.
Look forward to some fighting action, mating cuffs, huge alien, spanking, plugs and so many orgasms im surprised she could still talk!

Damn I love this series. Sarah & Dax are my favorite couple in this series so far. Sarah was trying to get signed up for the front lines of the war and work side by side with her only remaining brother. They accidentally processed her as a bride instead of the war, which she refuses. Dax is starting his mating heat and they get him processed right away for a bride, but his bride was never taken out of the system and is not a part of the program.....so, he goes to get her. Her and her brothers team are in the middle of an op when he lands right in the middle. This causes her brother to be taken and her and her mate to go get him back.

This is one of my favorite sci-fi series, it always has some action, it's funny and so damn hot.....the trifecta in my opinion. It's a real addiction.

Mated to the Beast- Sarah is a warrior in her own right and she's volunteering for the coalition because her brother's out there alone. Only the new warden at the Interstellar Bride program is mixed up and puts her through the bride testing instead of the warrior testing. And she's matched to an Atlan who's about to go into beserker mode if he doesn't get matched to his mate. Dax is at his limit, he needs a mate and now, or he will face being executed before he's too dangerous to be around. The problem is, his mate is off fighting the Hive instead of joining him.
This was my gateway into the Interstellar Bride series. I read it over a year ago and then found my way back recently, deciding to read them in order this time. I love the Atlan warriors and their devotion to their females.

Her Cyborg Beast (Interstellar Brides® Program: The Colony Book 4)

“What? What could be so terrible that you don’t want a mate?” The admission was like acid in my throat, but I forced the words past it.

“I can no longer become my beast. I can no longer claim my mate, and so I must allow you to choose another. I must ensure your happiness. You will be mated to a full Atlan. Strong enough to protect you.” Her grip on my hand tightened.

“No.”

“What?”

“I said no. N.O. As in, no. I do not agree to this.” Her soft voice was laced with steel, surprising me.

“I am unfit, Caroline.”

“It’s CJ,” she countered.

My eyes widened at her tone, realizing she wasn’t as meek as I’d assumed.

Grace Goodwin. Her Cyborg Beast (Kindle Locations 418-424). Grace Goodwin.

Caroline Jane (CJ) Ellison has a gift for analysis. When a Wall Street deal goes bad, the choice between prison or the Interstellar Brides Program is a no-brainer. She’ll go. She’ll leave Earth, her past, and her mistakes behind. The decision is logical, not emotional. Until she wakes up on another world with a huge Atlan Warlord, her matched mate, refusing to claim her.

Warlord Rezzer is contaminated. Weak. The Hive captured him and stole his soul, his very beast. A mate is out of the question when he can’t become what he was born to be, a beast, her mate, her protector. Forced into the Brides Program testing against his will, Rezzer has no intention of claiming the beautiful, sassy female who arrives on the Colony. The Hive stole his beast, but not his honor. He vows to give her to another, a worthy male, a beast who is whole — one not hunted by the Hive as part of a dangerous new experiment to win the war.

CJ takes one look at the wounded warrior before her and knows she will never be able to let him walk away. He’s hers now, her perfect match. And if that means she has to seduce the beast or face off with the Hive to save him…that’s exactly what she’s going to do. She lived her life following the rules. With everything on the line, it’s time to break them.

CJ just wasn’t what Rezzer expected, was she?! I absolutely love how couples from previous stories pop up in the current story. Although, given that this is set on the Colony, you would expect the mates from the earlier books to show up. But you never get the feeling that this is contrived in any way.

Mating Fever (Interstellar Bride Program #10)

We needed one of them, and I was going to get one. Tomorrow. And then I was going to accept my reward…a hot hunk of alien who would fuck me sideways and make me forget every damn battle I’d ever fought, every friend I’d watched die. I was going to have some happiness, damn it.

So going back to Earth? Not going to happen. But out here, in the Coalition, I could have a mate. As a warrior for the Fleet, I could be processed as an Interstellar Bride. I’d seen females and their mates on the battleship and I’d envied their obvious connection. Each one of them, from Atlans to Prillons, were bonded in a way I’d never known, never imagined. Mated males didn’t cheat. Hell, they didn’t even look.

I wanted that. I needed it, a connection. Roots. Something. So I’d agreed to the testing—a perk for all warriors completing their service. But that dream? I had to wonder if I even passed. Maybe the whole thing was a big mistake. I didn’t particularly like the dominant Atlan males. So, maybe, in that dream, I got off on his dominance during sex. Hell, yeah. But like? No. They were great on the battlefield, huge hulking beasts that ripped through Hive lines like knives through paper. But talking to one? Living with one for the rest of my life? Oh, no. They were arrogant, bossy…

Goodwin, Grace. Mating Fever (Interstellar Brides® Book 10) (pp. 16-17). Kindle Edition.

Megan Simmons is a soldier sent into space to protect Earth as a member of the Coalition Fleet. After eighteen months of ruthless fighting on a Hive controlled planet, she is separated from her unit, lost and trapped behind enemy lines.

Nyko of Atlan never hesitates to charge into battle against Hive scum. Seeing a soldier in trouble, he follows routine, ripping his enemies to shreds to save the human. When that warrior turns out to be a beautiful and curvy female, the beast he’s been fighting suddenly breaks free and growls one simple demand…MINE.

This is another great entry into this series. Megan and Nyko are so fantastic to watch together. The descriptions, characterizations, and world building continue to draw me in.

“Warlord, explain yourself,” Deek commanded, his shoulders back, his bearing that of a true leader. Even naked, he was magnificent and demanding. While I held tightly to my modesty, it seemed Deek had none.

“While on the Battleship Brekk, before your transport here, I put you through the Coalition Bride protocols for testing. Just as you did for me. If you were to be executed, I knew there was only one woman in the universe who could release you from your mating fever.”

Deek pulled me forward so I was by his side, his arm wrapped securely about my waist.

Dax and Sarah stood on the other side of the force field, appearing just as they had when they’d left. How long ago had it been? They seemed more relaxed now, less tense, but their eyes held questions.

“Tiffani,” Deek replied. “My matched mate.” I liked the way my name sounded in his deep voice.

Dax nodded. “She is one feisty female. She forced the Bride Program to transport her, adamant that she could—and would—save you.”

He looked down at me with a hint of awe and respect in his sated gaze. “Which she has.”

“Very well. You’ve been matched to the planet Atlan.”

I frowned. “That’s nowhere near the front lines.” I did know where the fighting was happening because my two brothers, John and Chris, had died out there in space and my youngest brother, Seth, was still fighting.

“That’s correct.” She looked over my shoulder and had a vague stare of someone who was thinking. “If my geography is correct, Altan is about three light years away from the closest active Hive outpost.” “Then why am I going there?”

It was the warden’s turn to frown, her gaze focused on my face. “Because that is where your matched mate will come from.”

My mouth fell open and I stared at the woman, my eyes so heavy with shock it felt like they were about to pop out of my head. “My mate? Why would I want a mate?”
