Hunted (Interstellar Brides® Program Book 17)

Trapped. Tortured. Only she can save him from the Hive.

Vice Admiral Niobe has resisted the temptation of the Interstellar Brides Program for years, certain there is no male in the universe willing to sacrifice his vision of a perfect life to be with her. Shocked to be matched to her father’s home world of Everis, she transports, expecting to find an eager mate waiting for her. Instead, she arrives within a secret Hive integration center to find him resisting a merciless enemy.

Elite Hunter Quinn might have been captured by the Hive, but he’ll sacrifice anything to save the mate he never expected… never imagined would appear like an angel in the middle of hell. A warrior in her own right, Niobe’s too stubborn to leave him behind. And even if they escape the Hive, their personal scars run deep. Battle and bloodshed are easy. But healing a wounded warrior’s heart? That may prove impossible.

I love all The Interstellar Bride books. Grace Goodwin delivers a world that seems so real, nothing left to imagine. Like the worlds of Harry Potter or The Hobbit, the author describes every detail. Letting you feel like you are walking next to the characters. The love story of Quinn and Naiobe start on a Hive infested base , onto a battleship, Prillion Prime and the cadet training grounds. The story is really too good to even hint at. Two people from very different worlds with very different lives thrust together through the bride testing program.. Will she bend to him? Too not being in control? Will he be able to give a little? To compromise?
One of the best scenes was in the canteen when Commander Karter threatened to shoot Quinn (just stun him) unless he started talking about his feelings! LOL. How the earth females have changed these war hardened warriors. With every review I write for this series, I remain with the same thought...READ THIS..I read 1 or 2 randomly and then sucked it up and bought them all in 1 day and started reading in order!

As always you keep my attention where it should be right in the story and the characters. Even through it was short --and that is my only complaint-- the story was excellent, well developed and Very attention keeping! AND- you do not disappoint with the characters' personalities and character within The book . You keep the Hunters' characters where they should be for what you are writing and where you are going with this book. Thank you for writing a very excellent book, and I cannot wait for your next one .

Vice Admiral Niobe wasn’t planning on finding a mate but was tested and BAM, her match is Elite Hunter Quinn. Quinn was been captured by the Hives leader Nexus. He didn’t ever think he would find a mate. When Niobe shows up, she is instantly in Hive central and rescuing Quinn. But things aren’t as easy with their mating.

I was glad about the rescue but boy did these two have a great deal to work through. Being a Hunter makes things really tough. And Niobe’s position is high up there. THAT was really tough for Quinn to understand and find his place with her. With the Hunter mentality of chasing, these two were having to find that middle ground. There were parts that you just wanted to smack the back of Quinn’s head. Then you end up chuckling over the conversation with all the other warriors and commanders. These two were so hot for each other. I look forward to reading about Commander Zeus and Atlan Zan.

What would you give up for your mate? Vice Admiral Niobe, thanks to her friends, she is in the bride testing chair having the most amazing experience. In her 30's and at her rank there probably wouldn't be a mate for her. To her surprise she has a mate. Right away she is tranported to his location. Elite Hunter Quinn is a captive of the hive. He has been tortured, his crew has been killed, and no escape in sight. Was did come into view was the most amazing woman he ever saw. Not exactly the perfect meeting, but it led to good things for the coalition, but it is not ending up that way for Quinn. His mate is high ranking and all business. Able to go places and do things he can not. That was not going to work, his plan was genius, hopfully he would not end up in jail. Love this book, and the series is amazing.

I liked Miranda at first but by chapter 11, not so much. It was all “I want, I want, I want”. I get that you have needs and you should find yourself as you grow. But there are plenty of men who would have shown her that, even if they can be less than stellar at it all the time. Why she married a man that would make her feel like she had cooties after sex I don’t understand.

Now, I liked Brax. She was with him sporadically for six months. I don’t honestly think she gave him enough time to find his feet in their FWB before she took off to the IBP. The only way her choices made sense was because of his words and the amount of time he was gone for. It kind of read like she only spent about a day or two with him per month. That’s like a total of 12 days altogether. She never clarified her desire for a more serious relationship and I put that error squarely on her shoulders. Brax was just realizing how much she meant to him and then bam(!) she was gone. The serious nature of his job was a super distraction and can be excuse or reason enough for him needing time to get “there” with her.

Then the last thing I didn’t care for was the confrontation between the three of them. I was all into this story up until this point and had been eager for this showdown to finally get the three of them together. But Miranda thought very poorly of Brax in her head. And even called him a fool while he was groveling to her, again this was in her head. I felt she was demeaning towards him and that is not love. When you love someone you don’t see them as less than. Even if you fall for someone else at the same time. The heart is an amazing thing. It can expand to include many and can be super forgiving and I felt she lacked in that understanding.

I liked Tryst. He was a prillon who demanded excellence from a second. As for him giving up hope on a bride and never replacing his former second, I found inappropriately reflected his character, not just as a prillon but as a second in command of a battleship. In previous books, it has been shown that brides arrive at any stage in a males life, young or old once they have earned the right to be tested. So that was just poor planning or a remission of his duty as a prillon potential mate. But then, had there been a second there wouldn’t have been a point to this book.

Brax I liked, and yes he was a clueless guy that F#€ked up and lost his FWB/girl. But a lot could have been avoided had some conversations had happened and a little less sex. As I stated above a conversation about Miranda wanting a serious relationship, a conversation about Brax’s military record, and a conversation about whether any of them wanted babies.

This book was written well, even if I didn’t like how it played out and didn’t like the female lead. My favorite books are the two books with secret babies, one of which introduced the Miranda character. And of course nearly all of the colony books. But I didn’t like this story and I won’t read it again. Hope you can enjoy it more than I did.

This is an established series, the 16th, that includes alpha quality alien warriors who are DNA (and whatever else) matched with an Earth female with pretty much 100% compatibility potential.

In this story Miranda, a divorcee, is living off planet Earth with her best friend Natalie though she wants her own family but has to have a mate to start that process. So far all she's only enjoyed a 'friends with benefits' relationship with a male who knows what she needs and is able to provide it, but, can't or won't progress into more.

Turns out the male, Doctor Brax, is a secret agent for the I.C.. Being a doctor/physician, he's able to infiltrate and complete his missions with high success rates. In his mind he can't commit to Miranda as his job is dangerous and there's always the chance he won't return.

Fast forward into Miranda getting fed up and signing up with the Interstellar Bride program. Of course she's matched on the spot and transported to her potential/probable mate. A Prillon. To remind you, Prillion's mate as a pair with one female, and, surprise, surprise, he doesn't have a second.

I just can't see a purpose for this book in the series. Yes, it features a sexy time story of repeated BDSM adult intimacy scenes, and gives a reason to feature a second chance romance sort of thing, but otherwise has no value.

A sexy times story for fans of the series and author.

I love all of GG’s books. Each book is different and unique but all revolves around the Interstellar Brides program. This book was well written and the characters were fun to read from their POV. I didn’t find any of them to be annoying or frustrating. I loved how Brax traveled across the galaxy to take his mate back even though he knew it would not go well in his favor. 😍

While there is some BDSM elements in this book, it felt pretty tame and mild compared to others in my opinion. The title of “Master”, clamps, and waiting for commands during sex seemed to be the extent of the BDSM in this book. So if you want to branch out into the wonderful world of BDSM, this would be a good starting point to ease you into that sub genre. Great book with a HEA!

Once again a great story. This time we are back on Trion, the desert planet. Roark is a leader of his people and is visiting a out of the way rural outpost when his bride Natalie is transported to his location. Their feelings for each other are pretty much instantaneous. They are separated when the outpost is attacked, Roark is taken captive and Natalie is sent back to earth to keep her safe. When Roark escapes and is able to get back to an outpost, he is told Natalie is dead. Likewise Natalie is told Roark is dead, much angst ensues. For some reason time moves differently between the planets, Roark manages to transport to Earth after 14 days to search for Natalie. Little does he suspect that 13 months have past on Earth and he is astounded to find Natalie and a 4 month old baby, his son. While trying to return to Trion to start over, they run into more trouble, over and over again. They only want to settle down as a family, but someone is trying to stop that from happening. The storyline is fast paced, almost too fast in places, but a HEA finally happens. Another good read from this series, I've really enjoyed all the books in this series, each with a matched couple and an HEA, but completely unique circumstances. My only issue is that I wish the stories were a bit longer and I would have liked to find out how the couples settled down in mated bliss, and sometimes with babies. I'm hoping that Ms. Goodwin will continue the series by linking stories as she did in a few of the books, then maybe quench our curiosity.

So far my favorite in the whole intersteller brides series. Mating, Alien, sex and action with story. Not just insta love and sex sex sex.
Natalie isn't happy with her life. Her absentee parents and cheating fiance. No more she signs up for the intersteller bride program and finds her mate with a 99.9 accuracy I believe. She ready to go claim her mate.
Roark hasn't found a mate on Trion. None of the female interest him so he gets tested to find His mate. A female that wants him for him. Not his position, wealth and status.
So they are a good fit. Great chemistry. However after an explosive first night they are separated and then drama and danger unfold. Each has a different experience and a baby is uncovered changing everything.

Enter thr bride program and her new mate, Roark. Roark new his one true mate was out there. and now she was here. One night of pssion and falling in love was all it took. Except for the interruption of a battle that left Roark taken hostage and Natalie sent back to earth for her saftey. And loses him in a battle. Both think the other is dead and both struggle under the weight of the thought. As the book stretched out my fear that this might not end well was an acrid taste in my tongue but author Goodwin deals in happily ever after and I did get mine, tearfully so. Okay, if you've read any of my reviews, you know I love the Interstellar Brides series. I've read them all at this point and can't wait for more.

This one was a little different from the previous books in this series. It was a nice change up. It revisits the Vikens introduced in Book 3. Sophia's been matched to not one or two mates, but three and on top of that, someone doesn't want her to meet them.

There was, in my opinion, more mystery and tension in this book than in some of the others. It had me biting my nails to the end. My mantra was- this is an HEA, this is an HEA.
That being said, I don't think the others are missing anything without the added mystery and tension. It was just a nice change.

Deek and his inner beast take one look at Tiffani’s soft, lush body and know they will do anything to possess her, even if it means pushing her sensual limits or taking her over his knee. But it’s not just Deek’s tenuous hold on the beast that stands in the way of their happily-ever-after, for Deek’s descent into mating fever was no accident, and his enemies will not surrender so easily.

And they find a match, but there's a problem. The match is condemned to die. Tiffani refused to let him die if she could stop it. So, she insisted that the match go on and she transported to where she needed to be. Then she finds out she will need to do, go to a prison cell. Deek is almost beyond help. He's in beast form because of mating fever. I leave it to you to find out more. But I will tell you that is worth your time to discover what and who. Even at the cost of his life the beast isn't willing to settle for anything less.
I found this story a little refreshing. The woman is all for it. She wanted her man or male. Wanted what the bride processing dream showed her. She wanted it all. This story had a little more substance that others. You get a little drama with uncovering a secret plan rather than just plenty of sex. Although there is plenty of that too!

I have read this Author before, and the one thing I enjoy , is that the books are similar, yet different .
In this book , Tiffani is a " big girl " . Not the size 0 - 6 that the media wants us to think is " normal " . So , she has felt that know one , especially men , could see her worth . So , feeling alone and alienated from her community , Tiffani signs up for the Interstellar Bride program.
She has been matched to a fierce Alien Warrior , from Atlan . These WARRIORS have a Beast inside them , that helps make them one of the best fighters in the GALAXY.

Only one problem, Her matched mate is scheduled to be terminated. Which means that she will have no mate....
Which means that she has No where to go .......
Will Tiffani sacrifice everything for a male that she doesn't even know ?
Or will she just let this male die because of his biological make up ??

Accepting the assignment, Amanda is processed as the first Interstellar Bride and transported halfway across the galaxy to her new mate’s battleship where she awakens to discover she has been matched to not just one huge Prillon warrior, but two.

I downloaded this expecting complete and utter smut. It definitely contains that, but also a surprising amount of world-building and detail put into the story around the sex scenes. Things I enjoyed: The point of view switches between the three main characters Amanda, Grigg, and Conrav from scene to scene. The characters have personalities and their own problems, and despite their kinky marriage traditions, they expect Amanda to integrate into their culture and be a useful member of society, not just a sex bunny who lives in their private quarters.

The men and Amanda each had subplots with problems to face that were not just about the marriage plot. The sci-fi world was enjoyably well-developed and deliberately went against cliches (and our Earth heroine's expectations) on several occasions. I really enjoyed the dominant and submissive nature of the characters' sexual relationship, which pushed boundaries but never got abusive or non-consensual. The poly triad was both hot in the sex scenes and sweet in scenes where they looked after and comforted each other. It's believable that they could fall in love in such a short amount of time. I enjoyed this book enough to tell a friend to grab a copy and read it, and I'll definitely be checking out more of this author's work, especially work featuring poly relationships.

Another great addition to the series. Amanda is actually the first human bride to be processes and placed through the Interstellar Bride Program, though unknown to the program, she is actually an American plant, sent to space under dubious orders. The Commander and doctor who are her matched mates don't know this at first, but obviously figure it out. The story evolves around the motives and desires of all the different parties involved in sending Amanda into space. It is a good story, but I don't think Amanda was a very good information collector, at least for her Earth bosses. Through the ups and downs, a HEA is achieved. Even though this story is about the first bride sent, I'm glad it was placed later in the series, the familiarity with the whole concept of this expanded universe gave me a better appreciation for the issues Amanda has to deal with being the first bride. I also think the human response to the aliens was plausible, dead on really, especially the government, seems exactly how they would act and react, not believing how awful the Hive truly is. I really enjoyed this book for both the plot and hotness. Loved the flicks and licks line.

There is one thing that I didn't like at all, but it's not from the story. I absolutely hate the book cover. These warriors are supposed to be 7 feet tall, extremely well built and handsome. The cover does not reflect that at all. Unfortunately, the one man you can clearly see is neither extremely tall, extremely well built or particularly awesome in the looks department (sorry, I'm sure he is a nice guy in real life.) Most of the covers have been good to great, this one just doesn't cut it.

A most unexpected but delightful mistake.
Raised by a father and 4 brothers Sarah is not wilting simpering female. She has strength, smart, sass and skills. Joining the collation to fight by her brother Seth's side she doesn't have time for a man.
Dax is so close to going berserker his commander demands he be tested for a bride. This Atlan has his work cut out for him. His bride is not some sweet bidable Atlan female raised to sooth the Beast but a warrior.
Look forward to some fighting action, mating cuffs, huge alien, spanking, plugs and so many orgasms im surprised she could still talk!

Damn I love this series. Sarah & Dax are my favorite couple in this series so far. Sarah was trying to get signed up for the front lines of the war and work side by side with her only remaining brother. They accidentally processed her as a bride instead of the war, which she refuses. Dax is starting his mating heat and they get him processed right away for a bride, but his bride was never taken out of the system and is not a part of the program.....so, he goes to get her. Her and her brothers team are in the middle of an op when he lands right in the middle. This causes her brother to be taken and her and her mate to go get him back.

This is one of my favorite sci-fi series, it always has some action, it's funny and so damn hot.....the trifecta in my opinion. It's a real addiction.

Mated to the Beast- Sarah is a warrior in her own right and she's volunteering for the coalition because her brother's out there alone. Only the new warden at the Interstellar Bride program is mixed up and puts her through the bride testing instead of the warrior testing. And she's matched to an Atlan who's about to go into beserker mode if he doesn't get matched to his mate. Dax is at his limit, he needs a mate and now, or he will face being executed before he's too dangerous to be around. The problem is, his mate is off fighting the Hive instead of joining him.
This was my gateway into the Interstellar Bride series. I read it over a year ago and then found my way back recently, deciding to read them in order this time. I love the Atlan warriors and their devotion to their females.

Interstellar Brides® Program Book 21: Surprise Mates

SURPRISE!

I’m on Prillon Prime for a surprise party. Me, the unmated Earth girl, a guest of the queen! I want to dress up and have fun. Not trip over my own two feet and fall into the arms of two of the hottest alien warriors I’ve ever seen. Ever.

What happens on Prillon Prime stays on Prillon Prime. Before they touch me I make it clear that I’m not looking for a mate. Or two. I have to go back to The Colony. My life is there.

But Prillon warriors are notorious for fighting for what they want. Apparently, what these two want… is me.

Lucy just want a fling. She picks two Prillons at a party and makes her wishes clear; two nights then she's going home. As if. Nik and Sam are not going to play that game. Although this is in the Interstellar Brides series Lucy is not a bride. She is mated without testing but it's definitely a true mating. Very enjoyable twist to the usual plot and Prillons are so hot.

I , once again couldn't hardly put it down til I hit the end. I love this series. I read everything book I can in this saga, each time I enter this world it pulls me in and I feel like I know everyone and am once again visiting my friends to see what new adventure is going on. The love between everyone is palpable. They seem so real and come off the page. I am happy for Lucy, can't wait to hear how the Spa goes, dying to hear how Braun's love life is going. Don't ever stop...I even want to see DR. Helion get laid...lol! Please , please do Warden Edgar soon ...💋💓

Get ready to catch up with most of your favorite heroines at the Queen of Priors surprise birthday party. I don't want to spoil too much, but you'll never think of The Electric Slide the same way again. And of course, the lovely Lucy meets her perfect match-es in a sexy Prior ambassador and is personal guard. We also learn who the next Bachelor Beast is going to be. And he can SING! Yay! Also, the abrasive Dr. Helior gets schooled by the human female Cyborg siren, Gwen Fernandez and her Forsian cyborg mate. He is creeping ever closer to his own story, and I can't wait! Someday soon the good doctor is going to come up against the uncontrollable chaotic force that is his human mate.

Just as good as the last. But I want more. I wish there was a better update on the Colony. I feel like they are still struggling to get brides. It would be great if one of the brides came up with a calendar idea. Also since there is no guarantee of a Bachelor Beast finding his mate, it would be cool to have three beasts on the show at once. So there would be a possibility of one successful match, but if there was more....it would be a hat trick. I liked Bachelor Beast, it was more out of the box than what has been done in the past. I like that she doesn't leave any questions left unanswered when the book is finished. Can't for the next installment.

Interstellar Brides Program 4: Taken By Her Mates

After being set up and found guilty of a crime she didn’t commit, Jessica volunteers for the Interstellar Bride Program to avoid a lengthy prison sentence. She is assigned to a prince, the heir to the throne of the powerful planet Prillon, but her future is left in doubt when the match is rejected by Prillon’s current ruler.

When his own father seeks to banish him and deny him his right to a mate, Prince Nial takes matters into his own hands. Accompanied by a battle-tested warrior who volunteers as his second, he sets out for Earth to take what is his, but upon his arrival he quickly discovers that the same horrifying enemies who once took him captive now hunt his mate as well.

Though believing she has been rejected by a mate she never even met stings more deeply than she would like to admit, Jessica does her best to focus on the dangerous task of bringing down the people who framed her. But before long, her world is turned upside down all over again when two huge, handsome aliens save her life and then inform her that she is their matched mate and they have come to Earth to claim her.

Jessica is far from ready to meekly submit, but she soon learns that her new mates expect to be obeyed and defiance will result in a painful, embarrassing spanking on her bare bottom. Despite her fury at such treatment, however, she cannot hide her arousal as she is stripped bare and thoroughly mastered by the fierce, dominant warriors. But when Prince Nial is forced to defend his birthright, will Jessica do what must be done to aid him, even if that means allowing his entire world to bear witness as she is taken by her mates?

Love, love, love the absolute depiction of a honorable, strong and take a oh prisoners woman veteran! The strength of her convictions to change an entire world's view of 'contaminated' soldiers had me cheering. It was the flip side of her surrender to her mates that had me kicking off the sheets and turning the fan on. Wow!

Taken by her Mates- Oh my goodness! Prince Nial! My favorite Prillon Warrior by far!
Jessica is an Iraqi war vet and now a freelance photographer, only she's been framed and jailed on charges of selling drugs because she knew too much. Where better to get away from the people who assuredly want you dead than the Interstellar Bride program? Only once she matched to her perfect mate her transfer is denied, by the Prime himself. Jessica is heartbroken, no one wants her, not even the Aliens. But since her volunteering for the program and subsequent refusal commutes her sentence she's now a free agent. One that everyone thinks is off planet and she decides to use that loophole to find out and report the people who framed her.
What she doesn't expect is for her mate, and the Hive, to come looking for her. Or to fall in love with him.
Prince Nial has been contaminated by Hive technology and, in his father's opinion, undeserving of a bride because of it. Since his father is the Prime, ruler of the entire Prime world, he has the power to prevent the mating. Nial is done with his father's controlling ways though and will find his bride at any cost. (Does he have a cousin? I think he might be my match!)
I'm a sucker for the Prillon Warriors and I love the story of Nial coming after Jessica with the odds stacked against him. I loved that, for her, it wasn't love at first sight, though she did understand he was there to help her, once he'd introduced himself. And I love that her veteran status is able to give him and the other contaminated warriors a new lease on life.

I love to read historical romance and sometimes I like to switch genres and after reading Taken by Her Mates I am glad I did. This story sci-fi story was smoking hot! I have had the book for awhile and finally had the opportunity to read it. Loved the premise of a human female being paired with aliens as an Interstellar Bride. The fact that Jessica was falsely accused of a crime and Prince Nial was a veteran who was deamed contaminated by his father because he was captured and changed by the Hive set up a really go story with a great deal of emotion and action. Ander his second was also a scared warrior which added to the one female two mates storyline. The book had my interest from the beginning and Grace's characters were well defined. This was pure escapism with more sex than I am used to but it was a good read and I enjoyed the book. I am looking forward to reading other books by the author.

I absolutely loved this book. I have followed Grace and have all her 4 books in this series. I eagerly await book 5. This series starts with a preview of the sex that the heroine will be getting later. I love the uniqueness of this series which is an off-shoot of the recent interstellar brides trend. I love the abrupt beginning that is gently explained after and the blending of me and the heroine as we meet the mate and get to know the situation and the man. I love the strength of her heroines! I love how she unrolls her plots and the problems that come up!
Definitely a great and fun read

Interstellar Brides 3: Claimed By Her Mates

Desperate to escape a powerful man set on making an example of her for daring to defy him, Leah’s only option is to volunteer for the Interstellar Bride Program. She is assigned to the planet Viken, but upon her arrival she is shocked to discover that she has been matched to not one huge, handsome warrior, but three of them.

Drogan, Tor, and Lev were born as identical triplets to the royal family of Viken, but they were separated at birth in a last ditch effort to prevent a catastrophic war. In the years since a fragile peace has held, but now a terrible threat from deep space is growing more pressing by the day and there is only one way for the three brothers to save their people. They must take a mate and produce a sole heir to the throne as soon as possible.

Though being shared by three men is far from what she expected when she left Earth, Leah cannot hide her intense arousal as the brothers begin to teach her what it means to be mastered by warriors of Viken. It isn’t long before her hesitance to fully submit to her dominant husbands earns Leah a sound spanking on her bare bottom, yet even that shameful chastisement merely increases her desire for them. With her own future and that of the planet at stake, will she stubbornly resist her body’s demands, or will she surrender herself to be claimed by her mates?

Umm wow. Yeah three huge very identical men share a human mate.
Leah ran to the only place she knew she'd be safe from her abusive fiancé... another planet via the intersteller brides program.
Dragan, Tor, Lev are identical triplets separated and now brought together to share a woman mated to all of them to unite Viken.
So be prepared for super SEED power(yes addictive powerful sperm), plenty plenty plenty of sex. Anal training, spankings, restraints and three on one with all focus on their female. You also get a little drama with the running for safety, attempted assassination and kidnapping thrill tossed in as well.

The idea of being matched as a Bridal to one man but identical triplets and their panty melting DNA wins the Trifecta. I liked the touch of political conspiracy, betrayel and the idea that instead of fighting each other, to instead fight for the planet.

I do enjoy these books, but I do wish the heroine would just tell that they need to explain things rather than expecting her to know what is going on. Why do they always have to get turned on by spanking? Even if they do, they don't have to accept it as a punishment for voicing there wants or asking questions. Spanking for sexual gratification is different to being hit as punishment. Great series though.
