Zenos, from the Astra Legion of Rogue 5, is on a mission to find an antidote to the deadly venom flowing through his body. Without the antidote, one bite during mating will kill a hybrid Forsian’s chosen female. Zenos must acquire the serum at any cost, for like his Atlan cousins, his mating instinct will eventually consume him. The last thing he needs is a distraction, but one look at the defiant female bounty hunter and he can’t deny his body what she’s offering—a few wild hours of pleasure.
Ivy Birkeland’s entire ReCon unit was annihilated as a result of Quell, a mind-altering drug the pirates of Rogue 5 are known to distribute. A rebel to her core, her heart still broke when she was forced to walk away from her life as a Coalition fighter. Now she hunts a bounty that will allow her to catch the criminals selling Quell and avenge her dead friends. Free of the Coalition Fleet’s strict regulations, she makes a deal with an unknown Rogue 5 operative to gain access to his home planet and travels to Transport Station Zenith to meet him.
When Ivy’s smoking hot, one-night-stand turns out to be her Rogue 5 contact, every carefully-laid plan she’s made goes to hell. Because when a rebel and a rogue are forced to work together, sparks will fly. They don’t need the criminals to kill them, they just might finish each other…if they don’t fall in love first.
Ever since we were first introduced to the people of Rogue 5, I’ve been waiting for a return to this moon. This was everything I could have wanted to read in such a story. A guy who loves so much that he denies himself to protect his love, and a girl so loyal she’s willing to do the unthinkable to protect and avenge her friends. I notice the mention of a new race in this one that seems to be compatible with Earth girls, so when are we going to meet them???

No rules. No laws. No mercy. She belongs to them now…
An Earth member of the medical recovery team on Transport Station Zenith, Harper meets two mysterious strangers from an unknown world. With intense eyes and even more intense desires, it’s easy for the two sexy-as-sin aliens to prove how good it can be with them.
Styx, a leader from Rogue 5, knows Harper is destined to belong to him and his most trusted enforcer, Blade. But when Styx is betrayed by one of his own kind, she’s caught in the deadly crossfire. Her mates must tread carefully, for even if they win the battle on the lawless outer moon, they might lose the most important battle of all—the one for Harper’s heart.
One hero, assumed dead. One woman who refuses to give up. One destiny.
Todd padded into the room and squatted down beside her. His chest was bare, his sweatpants low on his hips. He tilted his head at her, and his eyes showed the kind of pain only a man who’d experienced terrible things knew.
He sat on the bed and wrapped his thick arms around her. He tucked his chin over her head, enveloping her completely in what felt like a cloak of steel, and rocked her a little, promising nothing would get past him — no evil, real or perceived.
“I’m okay. I’m okay,” she managed a minute or two later, even though she never wanted him to let go.
He didn’t let go, thank goodness. Not for a long, long time, even after her breathing slowed and the sweat dried on her forehead. He kept right on holding her, and she had the distinct impression the comforting feeling wasn’t a one-way thing. Had her nightmares brought back visions of his own? Had she reminded him of something he’d rather have left in the past?
“It’s okay,” she murmured, swaying slowly with him.
Anna Boone won’t give up the search for her cousin, Sarah, who everyone assumes dead. And she refuses to give up on the wounded bear found next to the ashes of her cousin’s house. There’s something deep in his eyes and in his soul she just can’t resist. Something special. Something…human, almost. When her search for the truth leads her to the Blue Moon Saloon, Anna finds more than she ever bargained for — and unwittingly leads a deadly foe to those she loves most.
Wow! By the time I reached the end of this story, I was absolutely in tears. The story just reaches out and grabs your heart. I couldn’t believe that Todd and Anna finally got together. This was just so great. I’m sitting here on pins and needles waiting for the next book in this series!
Cole leaned against the barn door, watching Rosalind breeze outside like a whirling dervish honing in on a new target. He wanted to protest because he hadn’t done anything to piss Janna off.
Haven’t done anything to earn her, either, a grouchy voice said.
He considered that. Wondered what to do. Wondered if he trusted himself to do it. His eyes drifted over the pine-dotted hills, then stopped at the crest of the ridge. The pale moon was just starting to slide behind it, setting in the morning light. Wouldn’t be long until the moon would be full, rising and setting opposite the sun.
Need her, the voice inside him turned grave. Need her to survive the Change…
He fought off a shiver that had no right shaking anyone’s shoulders on a warm Arizona day and headed back into the barn.
His darkest fears…her deepest desires. She-wolf Janna Macks knows trouble when she sees it, especially when it comes in the form of an irresistibly broody cowboy like Cole Harper. Her fledgling pack is already in the cross hairs of a ruthless group of rogues, and falling head over heels in lust with a human will only endanger her loved ones more. The problem is, her wolf knows her destined mate when she sees him — and Cole is it.
Rodeo pro Cole Harper has never felt this off-kilter before. One minute, he’s lusting after Janna, the spunky waitress he can’t get off his mind, and the next, he’s growling at a dark inner voice demanding all kinds of crazy things — like howling at the moon and claiming Janna as his own. There’s only one thing stronger than the overwhelming need for Janna, and that’s the fear that without her, he’ll succumb to the strange inner beast wrestling for control of his haunted soul.
Behind the doors of the Blue Moon Saloon, alpha shifters confront their darkest fears and their deepest desires. This book is a complete standalone story that ends with a strong hook to the main character in the next book of the series.
This has been such a wonderful continuation of this series. If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it twice, I love series with strong continuations into the next book. The characters portrayed are ones that I can easily identify with, and isn’t that what we are all looking for?
Jessica Macks is a she-wolf on the run from a band of murderous rogues. When she finds a job at a shifter bar, it seems like a safe haven from her hunted life on the road. But the minute she walks through the swinging doors of the Blue Moon Saloon and comes face-to-face with the man she once loved, she’s tempted to march right back out. No way, no how is she risking her heart to that infuriating alpha bear again.
Simon Voss thought he lost everything in an ambush months before: his home, his family, his past. His new job at the Blue Moon Saloon is a desperately needed fresh start on life. Then along comes Jessica, the irresistible she-wolf his clan forced him to reject years before. When Simon is obliged to hire Jessica and work side by side with the one woman to ever make his bear go wild, he’s half in heaven, half in hell. He hasn’t forgotten her, and she sure as hell hasn’t forgiven him. Is this just another path to heartbreak or his last chance to claim his destined mate?
Jessica was worn out and tired of running. She’d gotten aid from the most powerful pack in the desert Southwest and now all she wanted was a job and a place to live for herself and her sister. She thought she’d found that in the Saloon Tina Hawthorne ushered them into. Then the brothers who were running the place came out. It was Soren and Simon Voss.
Simon wasn’t sure he could do this. Jessica was the one he’d loved and pushed away all those years ago. But he didn’t have a choice. They owed the Twin Moon pack. The least they could do was to give the girls a chance at a fresh start.
But when their joint past snuck back in, would Jessica give him a second chance. Their problems started with a human child lost in the forest around a campground. A forest fire burning near by. A photo of Jessica in the newspaper. What next???
The starting point for yet another wonderful series from this author! The ties to the first series are everywhere, yet this one is distinctly different! It is something to read!
