Her Cyborg Warriors (Interstellar Brides® Program: The Colony Book 8)

When her penchant for stirring up trouble brings danger to The Colony, they’ll stop at nothing to save her.

Nothing at all.

Professional surfer Mikki Tanaka didn’t want to leave her beloved Hawaii, the ocean waves, or the vibrant sea life she’s worked so hard to protect. But her protests and aggressive tactics didn’t mesh with the law and she’s found herself behind bars. Her choice? Ten years in jail or life as an Interstellar Bride. Never one to shy away from adventure, she decides to take her chances in the stars—with not one, but two sexy-as-hell alpha warriors on The Colony.

Surnen, a Prillon Warrior and trusted doctor, has been waiting for a bride for years. Banished to The Colony, he’s given up all hope, until a black-haired Earth beauty instantly steals his heart and his breath. But the highly disciplined doctor likes protocols and control, in bed and out of it. His second and an equally ruthless warrior, Captain Trax, agrees. Unfortunately, their new mate has a wild streak, a thirst for danger, and an appetite for violence that both shocks and thrills them. When her penchant for stirring up trouble brings danger to The Colony, they’ll stop at nothing to save her.

Nothing at all.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

You gotta love the warriors on the Colony. They’ve been through H#ll and came out the other side still fighting. Still willing to stand between the innocents and the evil that lurks in the dark. It was so good to see this pair of Prillons getting a mate. Even if they didn’t think it would ever happen!

Cyborg Seduction (Interstellar Brides: The Colony #3)

“Enquiring minds,” I offered. “Since the death of Captain Brooks, there are conspiracy theorists burning up the internet with all kinds of crazy stories.” Swinging my hands through the air to indicate the entire base, or even planet, I continued, “They think this is some kind of prison. That the Coalition is taking our soldiers and locking them up here without due process. That they are being tortured and denied their freedom, little better than slaves. And there are a lot of people who believe it.”

She rolled her eyes. “Jeez. No wonder they’ve had trouble recruiting from Earth the last few months.” Rachel muttered.

Lindsey Walters is a blogger who takes the craziest assignment of her life—sneak aboard a freighter bound for the terrifying alien prison planet known as The Colony and find out the truth about what’s happening to Earth’s brave soldiers.

A Hunter from Everis banished to the Colony, Kiel’s focus is to search for hidden enemies on his new home planet, not love. But when his mark awakens and he shares dreams with an unknown woman, everything changes. When he finds her offered as the prize in the Colony’s brutal fighting pits, he must fight for her with every ounce of strength he possesses, or risk losing her to another.

Fantastic job bringing a single mother with a son to the Colony. The way the couple met just couldn’t have been better. I’d love to see the two mothers getting courted as well!

Surrender to the Cyborg (Interstellar Brides: The Colony #1)

God, I’d always felt like a bit of a naughty girl, but these two, and their lust, made me feel like I was in heat. And I liked it.

This was going to be so much better than my own fingers under the darkness of the prison blanket. I wanted them both. I wanted them skin to skin, surrounding me. I wanted to be the cream filling in a Prillon cookie.

Goodwin, Grace. Surrender To The Cyborgs (Interstellar Brides®: The Colony Book 1) (pp. 82-83). Kindle Edition.

Wrongly imprisoned whistle-blower Rachel Pierce would rather take her chances with her court appeal than accept her place as the first Interstellar Bride destined for the Colony. She’s stubborn and determined to seek justice–and her freedom–on Earth…but her mates are not willing to risk her life or her future on a system they believe to be both primitive and corrupt.

Maxim of Prillon Prime fought ten long years in the Hive wars. Captured and tortured with his second, Ryston, they escaped only to be rejected by their own people and condemned to life on the Colony with the other “contaminated” cyborg warriors. As leader of Sector 3, it’s Maxim’s duty to set an example for his warriors and summon a bride. When she refuses transport, he can’t allow her rejection to demoralize an entire planet of battle hardened but jaded warriors. Maxim and Ryston transport to Earth where they decide she’s theirs and a maximum security human prison will not keep them apart.

Getting Rachel to the Colony is only the first challenge they will face. Convincing their beautiful mate to surrender to not one, but two dominant warriors is another. Even if they can win her love, a new evil is rising on the Colony and someone close to Maxim will be its first victim. Maxim will be its second, unless Rachel’s love and relentless pursuit of the truth proves strong enough to save him.

I am so glad to see the veterans on the Colony start to receive brides. These guys have a whole lot of love to give! And to see the reference to a “Prillon Cookie” just made me giggle!
